Contemporary Shoowa Range 30x70cm creme
This highly prized pile woven piece is produced by the Bakuba people of the Democratic Republic Of Congo.
It is pile cut and is different in look and texture from the flat woven Kuba cloth.
This is a blend of Kuba shoowa cloth, and creme coloured suede backing and side panels.
This cushion closes with a zip. All kuba pieces will vary as all are individually made as part of an age old tribal tradition.
Choice of suede in our standard stock range is from black, brown and cream
The cushion is finished off with piping around the edges.
